In our workshops, a smaller group (maximum of 20 participants) engages intensively with a specific topic. A characteristic feature is the cooperative and moderated approach, where participants, under the guidance of experienced and practical moderators, collaboratively work towards a common goal. The outcomes of our workshops include:

• Acquiring the necessary expertise
• Developing materials that can be utilized within their own companies
• Exchange of thoughts and experiences with colleagues

Our workshops combine traditional training methods required for qualification with consulting for companies, such as establishing a quality or occupational health and safety management system. Participants can immediately apply what they have learned in practice, creating manuals, process descriptions, or checklists for their companies, ultimately leading to certification. The workshops provide participants with a wealth of tried-and-tested templates that can be easily adapted (and permitted) to suit their respective companies.
