The QHSE Academy was etablished in 2016 by Hans Oltmanns and Martin Gerner. Both are familiar with each other from previous projects where they collaborated effectively.
They share a common belief that occupational safety and quality are closely linked, and they emphasize the importance of quality, experience, and practical orientation in education.
After accumulating many years of experience in power plant and facility construction at RWE, E.ON, Alstom Power, Shell, and Cargill, they decided to pass on their knowledge and experience.
The idea of an academy emerged in 2015 and was realized in 2017 with the establishment of QHSE Academy GmbH.
Just a month after its founding, the collaboration with TÜV Rheinland Academy was further expanded.
The high quality of the training sessions has fostered numerous client relationships, many of which endure to this day.
