To expand our team of experts, we are looking for an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) who would like to work with us to ensure safety and health.
The Mission
Responsibility for the entire process of technical safety support for our customers:
- Preparation of risk assessments,
- Conducting site inspections,
- Delivery of training sessions and instructions,
- Preparation and facilitation of Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings,
- Inspection of operating facilities and technical equipment,
- Consultation on work processes and assessment of respective working conditions,
- Supervision, with the relevant qualifications, of client projects, such as in the areas of fire protection, hazardous substance management, or addressing psychological stress.
- Establishment and implementation of client-specific occupational health and safety management systems,
- Implementation of occupational safety and accident prevention requirements,
- Investigation and analysis of workplace accidents, and development of preventive measures.
You will act as a point of contact for our clients, assisting them in their day-to-day challenges.
You will collaborate within our team, contributing creative ideas and expertise to provide our clients and ourselves with a digitally supported and tailored service.
Profile
We expect:
- Trained specialist in occupational safety or safety engineer (m/f/d),
- Meticulous work,
- An eye for detail, but a balance between practice and theory,
- An understanding of customer needs,
- The goal to always pragmatically find the best solution,
- Seizing every opportunity to improve things,
- Implementing measures both proactively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both in meetings and over the phone, in emails, or during video conferences.
- Proficiency in German and English,
- Willingness to travel,
- Class B driver's license (or equivalent),
