Intern Audits
Internal system audits, for example, are a standard requirement of
DIN EN ISO 9001,
DIN ISO 45001 and the
SCC regulations
and must be conducted by all certified companies at regular and planned intervals.
Typically, these are system audits in which the requirements from the company's own management system are compared with the situation in the company. This process also uncovers improvement potential, thereby advancing the management system.
However, these audits also serve as a dress rehearsal for the upcoming external certification audit, increasing the likelihood of certificate maintenance.
Our experienced auditors are here to support you. Due to our independence and distance from the audited areas, we are able to provide an objective and factual assessment of the processes within the company.
Supplier Audits
As auditors commissioned by the client, we assess and evaluate the organizational and technical capabilities of the supplier. Initially, we identify the current performance of the supplier and assess its potential. Subsequently, the customer and the supplier compare the results with the agreed-upon target state outlined in the contract between both parties. Now, improvements to the management system, personnel, and technical resources are documented, along with the necessary measures to optimize quality, occupational health, and environmental management, all within a predetermined timeframe.
With these measures, the customer aims to ensure that the products purchased from the supplier (components, services, etc.) are consistently provided at a high standard by the supplier.
Regular supplier audits are also conducted at regular intervals to guide the supplier towards continuous improvement of its management system and performance. The aim of these audits is to foster improvement in the relationships between customers and suppliers, which has become a key success factor in management-oriented "Kaizen."
These audits may focus on specific technical or organizational areas of the supplier, with the goal of improving aspects such as:
- Environmental friendliness
- Product traceability
- Sensitivity to customer expectations
- Occupational health and safety
- Hygiene
